CPCS, PGS and CFS System Solution

1. CPCS System

Our CPCS system shall be able to handle the following types of car parking access:

1) Hourly Parking:

Transient patrons obtain a QR code hourly parking ticket with assigned carpark number from the Entrance Control Unit when entering the facility. They can either show QR code ticket and pay to cashier before leaving the facility, or show QR code ticket at the scanner on Exit Control Unit to pay the parking fee with Octopus card, Paywave VISA/Master/Apple Pay/Samsung Pay/G Pay, WeChat Pay or AliPay in smart phone at the carpark egress and POS system calculate and receive the fee payment successfully.

OR

Transient patrons present their owned “Octopus” cards to the “Octopus” reader on the Entrance Control Unit when entering the facility. They pay the hourly parking fee directly from their “Octopus” cards by presenting the cards to the “Octopus” reader on the Exit Control Unit before leaving the facility.

2) Seasonal / Private Parking:

The system shall allow seasonal/private patrons to access easily. When entering or leaving the carpark, BLUETOOTH Card Reader on the Entrance / Exit lane will recognize the BLUETOOTH tag inside the car.



2. PGS System

At the carpark area, ultrasonic type of the parking space sensor shall be installed to detect the parking lot occupancy, and built-in LED indicators to indicate whether the parking lot is occupied or under vacancy.

At the carpark entrance and each carpark floor or each parking zone, a set of LED signage shall indicate the number of parking space available for different driveway directions.

The ultrasonic sensor shall be connected with daisy-chain method to zone controller within carpark area to concentrate the signals. Zone controllers are then connected with daisy-chain method to PGS control system computer via central controller. The system computer shall be able to control the vehicle guidance signage to show the quantities of vacant parking lot available.



3. CFS System

The CFS system combines parking guidance function together, not only guides drivers to find vacant parking space quickly, and also guides them to find their parked cars through self-seraching kiosk or relevant apps.

The drivers can find their vehicles by inputting the license plate number or parking card (e.g. Octopus card, VISA card, QR code ticket, etc.) through the self-searching kiosk or relevant apps. The CFS system process like this: input the license plate number or show the parking card to the kiosk which is located at the information center or lift lobby, the Kiosk will pick the data from CFS server after receiving the requests, then its LCD shall display the carpark map which showthe position of the locations of the kiosk and his car. Besides, it will choose a best route to pick up the cars according the general route situation of the parking lot and display in the map of the parking lot to guide the driver to pick up his car.
